Evaluation
Assessment
The assessment is the first, essential step before starting any of the activities being proposed, be it corrective conditioning, personal training, or yoga classes.
For corrective conditioning, the assessment is necessary in order to know precisely what needs to be corrected.
For personal training, the assessment is necessary to understand the goals of the candidate, their background, and whether there are any improvements to be made for achieving the desired goal(s).
For the yoga classes, the assessment is important to see whether the candidate needs to undergo some individualized personal training as a prerequisite to coming to group classes, depending on the class, capacity of the body, etc.
The assessment is one hour long in two parts. The first 30 minutes are dedicated to evaluating what the candidate wants to achieve by training, their general state of health, life habits, and any relevant physical conditions such as pain, discomfort, past injuries, etc. The second 30 minutes is the actual physical evaluation where several funcational movements are tested.

Looking forward to seeing you.
Advanced Muscle Evaluation
In this evaluation, muscles are tested in valious ways:
by their degree of basic strength. These tests reveal whether there are muscles that are not ready to bear loads in training.
by the degree of psychophysical motor control and coordination of the muscles. These tests evaluate the candidate's capacity to voluntarily activate, deactivate, coordinate, and isometrically hold any given muscle. An interesting part of this test is that it also gives a measure of the degree of willpower and enthusiasm required in training along with the level of attention needed in training to avoid injuring oneself.
by their capacity and power of bearing an ideal load and enduring during training with the goal of incrementally increasing their load-bearing capacity and endurance.
