Who is this for?
Personal training involves being closely followed by myself to continually work toward a goal that you establish for yourself which involves your body, its abilities, and your quality of life. This can include:
Improving the quality of life for the elderly
Continuing correcting conditioning after physiotherapy has been completed (for example, as a result of injury)
Individuals who are interested in attaining a higher level of fitness
Individuals who have specific bodily performance goals
To help achieve your goals I draw on my knowledge of muscle testing and movement screening, corrective conditioning, advanced weight-training techniques, and various techniques for improving flexibility, breathing, and circulation.
I am a certified YMCA Personal trainer, specialized in Corrective conditioning, with a long experience in teaching Yoga, martial arts, and other sports like climbing, swimming and running. I also have many years of experience as a life coach.
