Personal Correcting Conditioning

Personal corrective conditioning involves being closely followed by myself to continually work, one on one, toward a goal that you establish for yourself which involves your body, its abilities, and your quality of life. This can include:

To help achieve your goals I draw on my knowledge of muscle testing and movement screening, corrective conditioning, advanced weight-training techniques, and various techniques for improving flexibility, breathing, and circulation.

I am a certified YMCA Personal trainer, specialized in corrective conditioning, with a long experience in teaching Yoga, martial arts, and other sports like climbing, swimming and running. I also have many years of experience as a life coach.

If you're interested in pursuing a project like this, please write to me for more information.

Corrective Conditioning in small groups

Classes in Corrective Conditioning, Flexibility, and Strength

I'm offering courses in corrective conditioning. The goal of these classes is to meet as a group interested in improving our bodies. Our focus is on corrective conditioning, exercises which help improve our strength, range of motion, flexibility, balance, circulation, breathing, and so on.

Classes include breathing exercises, strengthening exercises, and stretching. This also involves learning about our bodies both anatomically and through feeling. This allows us to train more efficiently and with a much reduced risk of injury. Anyone who is interested in improving these aspects of their bodies or who simply wish to exercise or maintain their current state of health will find satisfaction.

We encourage members of our group to come to as many or as few classes as they are interested in.

Individual Assessment

It essential that anyone interested in attending classes regularly undergo a personal assessment. Its goal is to examine the body's strength, flexibility, range of motion, etc. in order to determine which classes are appropriate for your physical situation. Some individualized personal training might be a prerequisite for coming to group classes,  depending on the class, capacity of the body, etc.

If you're interested in coming to these classes, please write to me for more information.

Looking forward to seeing you.
