Correcting and preventing disfubctional movements that can lead to chronic pain of many kind.
Attaining a higher level of fitness
Achieving specific bodily performance goals
To help achieve your goals I draw on my knowledge of muscle testing and movement screening, corrective conditioning, advanced weight-training techniques, and various techniques for improving flexibility, breathing, and circulation.
I am a certified YMCA Personal trainer, specialized in corrective conditioning, with a lot of experience teaching Yoga, martial arts, and other sports like climbing, swimming and running. I also have many years of experience as a life coach.
